North Shore Dance Studio has Professionally Sprung Dance Floors and solid oak ballet barres in both of our spacious studios. We have a solid oak wood floor for our Tap Classes and Children’s Classes, and a Marley Floor in our larger studio for our Ballet and Company Classes. Our studios also have massive 8 foot mirrors so your dancer can learn from a variety of angles. Each studio is equipped with State of the Art sound systems and acoustics. Along with our great variety of classes, we have a huge selection of music. With close to 5,000 CDs to choose from, your child is exposed to all genres of music. From Classical to Classic Rock, from Broadway to Hip-Hop, the music for dance class is always a hit.
We are also equipped with a spacious dressing room with lockers and cubbies where dancers can change clothes and leave their belongings, so as to leave the dance studios uncluttered and open. Whether you are a parent who likes to stick around for dance class or get some errands done, we have a spacious plush lobby stocked with beverages, snacks, magazines, and a television for you to enjoy along with a well sized viewing window to watch your little one shine. We ask that both the dressing room and lobby areas are kept neat and clean from trash or clutter on the floor to make the NSDS dance class experience enjoyable for everyone.
